This portal accepts applications for various CSA Group programs, including the Explore Research Program and the Graduate and Undergraduate Scholarship programs. Please note that this Survey Monkey portal is a third-party portal used by CSA Group to facilitate the application process. All information submitted as part of the application, including personal information, will be accessible to CSA Group only. However, your log-in credentials may be accessed by Survey Monkey upon request to provide you with technical support.
